March Miscellany

One of my very favorite authors is Kathryn Harrison. Recently she was interviewed by MaryAnne Kolton of the LA Review of Books. I was happy to see that a couple of her favorite childhood books were The Phantom Tollbooth and Five Little Peppers and How They Grew because they were also a couple of mine.

–The above is a trailer for the third book in the Muskoka series by author Gabriele Wills.

This third book in the series, Under the Moon, features the lives of the Muskoka characters in the time frame between the two world wars. I am excited to read how some of my favorite Lost Generation characters are presented. I have participated in blog tours for the previous two novels in the series, but I don’t think I can wait for another tour to read and review this book.
I have linked to my reviews of The Summer Before the Storm and Elusive Dawn, books one and two of the series.
